1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request a project cancellation by contacting us in writing. If the project has already started, cancellation charges may apply based on the work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only if no significant work has been completed. Payments made for consultation, CRM implementation, custom automation, completed milestones, or delivered services are generally non-refundable.

3. Scope Changes

Any changes or additions to the approved project scope may require additional time and cost. Revised estimates will be shared before the work begins.

4. Third-Party Services

Fees paid for third-party software, CRM licenses, cloud services, APIs, or integrations are subject to the respective provider's refund policy and are not refundable by Trimurty Infotech.
